ELI's Environmental Law Boot Camp® is a training opportunity available only to the member firms and organizations of ELI's Professional, Corporate, and Public Interest Programs and to Individual ELI Members.* Western Boot Camp is April 3-5.
The fees are $1,100 per person for ELI Professional Program firms, $1,100 per person for ELI Corporate Program companies, $600 per person for ELI Public Interest Program organizations, $1,200 per person for ELI Individual members, $900 per person for Government, Academic, or Public Interest Individual Members, and $600 per person for ELI Student Members. Course fees include tuition and all course materials.
The deadline for registration and payment is March 24, 2023. To register, please complete the registration form.
Late Registration: ELI may accept a limited number of late registrations after the March 24, 2023 deadline, space permitting. However, any late non-complimentary registrations accepted after March 24, 2023 will be subject to a $100 late fee.
Complimentary Registration:
If your organization is a Corporate or Professional Program member, this generally entitles your organization to one complimentary registration per membership year, for use at Eastern or Western Boot Camp. Please verify with your organization before using a complimentary registration. To confirm that your organization has a complimentary registration available, please contact events@eli.org.

ALL registrants MUST complete and submit a registration form in order to be registered for the course.

Optional Additional Activity on April 6th:
Following Western Boot Camp, in-person participants are invited to join ELI and NARF in San Francisco on Thursday, April 6th, for Conversations About Native American Sacred Spaces Convening. Separate registration is required for this event, and seating is extremely limited. Click the link above for more details and to register.
Financial Hardship Policy:
ELI is committed to providing continuing legal education at an affordable price. Program registrants who are unable to afford seminar course fees due to financial hardship may submit an application letter (deadline March 19, 2023) for a fee reduction to calhoun@eli.org. ELI grants fee reductions on a discretionary, case-by-case basis. See ELI's Financial Hardship Policy in full.
Refunds and Cancellations:
To Cancel: contact events@eli.org
For Non-Complimentary Registrations:
- To receive a full refund: Cancel by March 20, 2023.
- To receive a partial refund: Cancel after March 20, 2023 through March 27, 2023. You will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. (March 27, 2023 is the FINAL REFUND DEADLINE.)
- You will receive no refund if you cancel after March 27, 2023.
For Complimentary Registrations:
- To receive a credit to your organization for a registration use at future Boot Camps during its current membership year, if available, cancel on or before March 20, 2023.
- No credit to your organization: canceling after March 20, 2023 means the complimentary registration will be lost.
Substitutions: Substitutions from within your organization are allowed at any time without charge.
Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable.
