Caroline McHugh

Caroline McHugh is a second year JD candidate at the Georgetown University Law Center and ELI law clerk. She is co-President of the Environmental Law Society and member of the Environmental Law Review at Georgetown Law. Prior to starting law school, she received a BA in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University and worked for five years on public lands issues and National Environmental Policy Act compliance in Colorado.
