ELI periodicals share the common goal of facilitating the exchange of ideas and deep analysis of today’s most pressing environmental, energy, and natural resource issues.
The ELR—The Environmental Law Reporter (ELR) is the most-often cited environmental law journal. Its online database contains over 40 years of analysis by leading practitioners and academics in the field.
The Environmental Forum, ELI’s award-winning membership journal, delivers more than soundbites with in-depth articles, columns by the profession’s thought leaders, and the inside story on today’s critical challenges and tomorrow’s sunrise issues.
The Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR) is a special issue of the ELR, published in collaboration with the Vanderbilt University Law School (VULS) and the Environmental Law Institute. In this one-issue, student edited volume, students work with an expert advisory committee and senior staff from ELI to identify the year’s best legal and policy solutions to pressing environmental problems.
The Environmental Law Institute and George Washington University Law School publish the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law as a supplement to ELR. Student-edited, JEEL presents analysis and thought leadership at the nexus of energy and environmental law.
From 1989 to 2016, ELI produced the bi-monthly National Wetlands Newsletter, which provided wetland professionals across many disciplines with the most accurate and up-to-date information on wetlands policy.
