Laura Van Wyk

Laura joined the ELI staff in 2000 as a member of the Development team. In December 2003 she turned her energy to the administrative side of ELI, serving as the Director of Administration. Laura now serves as the HR Director Benefits & Compliance. In that role she is responsible for ELI’s benefit administration, human resources compliance, and HR information systems.

Laura holds a B.A. in Communications from Saint Mary's College and a Masters of Public Administration degree (with a concentration in nonprofit management) from George Mason University. She is a SHRM Certified Human Resources Professional.
