Rachel Jean-Baptiste

Rachel Jean-Baptiste oversees ELI’s various online and print publications, including ELR—The Environmental Law Reporter, ELI Press, and The Environmental Forum. Rachel joined ELI in 1997 as an attorney-editor for ELR, taking on additional roles and responsibilities along the way. Rachel holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.S. in Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of Colorado.
