Samantha Goins

Samantha Goins is a rising senior at Swarthmore College, where she is pursuing a special major in Environmental Policy. As a Research and Publications Intern at ELI, she has worked on projects relating to green storm water infrastructure and ELI’s Model Climate Law, and hopes to learn more about domestic and international policymaking strategies surrounding issues of carbon charges, toxic waste cleanup, and climate adaptation and mitigation strategies more generally. After graduating from Swarthmore, Samantha plans to head to law school and pursue a career in environmental law.
