Sarah Vican
Sarah Vican joined the Environmental Law Institute in June 2023 as the Manager of Educational Programs. In this role, she helps develop and deliver high quality educational programming for members that is consistent with ELI's mission. She also facilitates Continuing Legal Education for various programs and supports staff in the communications and administrative aspects of education events.
Prior to joining ELI, Sarah worked in conservation education at both the New England Aquarium and the Roger Williams Park Zoo. She was also a program assistant at the Metcalf Institute of Marine & Environmental Reporting and has had a variety of other environmental and science communication roles.
Sarah holds a Master's in Media Advocacy from Northeastern University, as well as a B.A. in Writing & Rhetoric and a B.S. in Wildlife & Conservation Biology from the University of Rhode Island.
