- Discuss the revised EPA Clean Air Act section 111 rules for power plant greenhouse gasses, including the under-regulation of peakers near cities and environmental justice communities
- Explore the transportation sector decarbonization policy, law, and regulation at both the state and federal levels, including the vehicle greenhouse gas rules
- Review the SEC climate disclosure rule and rulemaking, as well as related developments in California
