Each October the U.S. Supreme Court begins a new term. And each October ELI holds an Associate Seminar with some of the pre-eminent experts on environmental law and the Court to examine the docketed cases. This year’s seminar focused on the potentially significant cases Massachusetts v. EPA and U.S. v. Duke Energy Corporation.
