Each October the U.S. Supreme Court begins a new term. And each October ELI holds an Associate Seminar with some of the pre-eminent experts on environmental law and the Court to examine the docketed cases. This year’s seminar offered a review of the landmark environmental cases from last term and previewed what these rulings may mean for the upcoming term.
