Summary
A three-year pilot project, designed to discover effective and efficient methods for replacing emergent freshwater marsh, is being conducted in southwestern New York. The project is part of a mitigation agreement between the New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
