Summary
The Office of Technology Assessment (OTA) has announced publication of its two-year study entitles, Wetands: Their Use and Redulation. The report addresses wetland values, trends in wetlands use, and federal and state wetland programs. William Bernard, project director, summarized the OTA report for National Wetlands Newsletter readers.
