Washington, D.C.: The Environmental Law Institute and Vanderbilt Law School invite leading scholars, policymakers, and attorneys to join the annual Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR) Conference to discuss the most innovative environmental law and policy thinking of 2020. The April 9 conference, to be held via webcast only, will feature discussions on using climate change attribution science in litigation; increasing climate change activism by institutional investors; advancing environmental justice through mapping and cumulative impact strategies; and changing “zombie energy laws” that impede decarbonization in restructured energy markets.
Articles will be presented by the authors and discussed by leading academics in the field before an audience of business, government, think-tank, and nonprofit representatives.
