Please join us for a discussion of advancing environmental justice through the use of a new participatory governance approach developed by University of Baltimore Law School’s Professor Jamie Lee — the “Constituent Empowerment Model.” Professor Lee and leading experts from the academy, the private sector, government, and non-governmental organizations will discuss Professor Lee's article, Turning Participation Into Power: A Water Justice Case Study (originally published).
